Who we are

Your work is handled by two experienced Executive Search consultants, Ralf Hermansson and Teppo Paalasmaa, the founders of Hermansson Partners Oy. Together they have conducted hundreds of searches both in Finland and internationally. Our clients consist of international public companies, government-owned companies, as well as family-run businesses  and subsidiaries of foreign companies from a variety of industries.

Ralf Hermansson (M.Sc. Econ) has worked with Executive Search since 2000. Previously with Korn/Ferry International, Edward W. Kelley International and NGS Global. Before this he gained 20 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and General Management.

Teppo Paalasmaa (M.Sc. Adm) began his career in Executive Search in 2010, first with Edward W. Kelley International, and later NGS Global, before the inception of Hermansson Partners. Previously Teppo Paalasmaa worked in market research with clients in both the private- and public sector.
